Scott Whitehouse is a Birmingham-born chef trained at UCB and the Alsace region of France. Over 25 years in rosette-accredited hotels, independent restaurants, and exclusive event spaces shaped a culinary philosophy that's uniquely his own.
Alongside Scott, his wife Dawn — a pastry chef with experience in starred restaurants — brings an additional layer of artistry to every event. Together they carry nearly 50 years of combined culinary expertise.
