Scott's culinary philosophy is simple but uncompromising: use the best seasonal ingredients, prepare them with technical precision, and serve them with genuine warmth. Nothing frozen. Nothing pre-made. Everything crafted from scratch.

Having trained at UCB (Birmingham College of Food) and completed his apprenticeship in France's Alsace region, Scott brings a uniquely global perspective to British private dining. French technique meets Midlands soul.

Scott's wife Dawn rejoined the kitchen operation following their daughter's birth, bringing with her a wealth of pastry chef expertise gained at respected regional hotels and starred restaurants.

Where Scott's strength lies in bold, technique-driven savoury cooking, Dawn's artistry with pastry and desserts provides the perfect counterpoint. From delicate pannacotta to showstopping chocolate tarts, Dawn's contribution elevates every tasting menu.
